Internal parasites are the top issue facing sheep and goat producers in the Eastern United States. It's critical that producers understand the life cycle of the pest, detect costly and dangerous infections, and use treatments effectively. The workshop will provide knowledge and hands-on skills to best manage internal parasites. Participants will received and practice FAMACHA eye score techniques that are helpful for small ruminant producters seeking better parasite control in flocks.
